Refund Policy for Invictus School of Business and Law

We understand that there may be circumstances in which you need to request a refund. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be granted. 1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are granted based on the following conditions:

• Course Enrollment Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your enrollment before the course start date, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund. Refund eligibility is subject to the time of cancellation in relation to the course start date, as outlined below:

  • Cancellation 14 days or more before the course start date: Full Refund.
  • Cancellation within 7–13 days of the course start date: 50% Refund.
  • Cancellation less than 7 days before the course start date: No Refund.

• Online Courses: For online courses that have already been accessed or downloaded, no refund will be provided. If you have not accessed or downloaded the course materials, you may be eligible for a refund as per the course cancellation terms.

• Special Programs and Workshops: Refunds for workshops, seminars, or special programs may have different conditions, which will be communicated at the time of registration. Please refer to the specific event terms for refund eligibility.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

1. Submit a Refund Request: Send a written request to our support team at info@invictusbl.co.uk with the subject line “Refund Request – [Course Name/Program]”. Please include your full name, course or program name, and reason for requesting a refund.

2. Processing Time: Refund requests will be reviewed within 7 business days. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.

3. Additional Information: We may request additional information or documentation to verify your eligibility for a refund. Please respond promptly to facilitate the process.

3. Non-Refundable Fees

The following fees are non-refundable under any circumstances:

• Registration fees, administrative fees, or processing fees, if applicable.
• Fees for completed modules, exams, or assessments that have been graded or delivered.
• Any discounts or promotional offers that were applied to the purchase.

4. Course Changes or Cancellations by Invictus School of Business and Law

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any course or program due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to low enrollment, instructor unavailability, or other operational factors.

• If we cancel or reschedule a course before its start date, students will have the option to receive a full refund or transfer their enrollment to the next available session.
• In the event of cancellation after the course has started, a pro-rata refund may be provided for the remaining portion of the course.

5. Refund Exceptions

Refunds may not be granted in cases where:

• A student is dismissed or suspended from a course or program for violating the institution’s code of conduct or academic policies.
• The refund request is based on personal reasons unrelated to the quality or delivery of the course (e.g., change in personal schedule, financial difficulties, or lack of interest).

6. Refund Disputes

If you believe your refund request has been unfairly denied or there is a dispute regarding the amount refunded, you may appeal by contacting our administrative team at info@invictusbl.co.uk. Appeals will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and the decision of our administrative team is final.
